DESCRIPTION:The City of Springfield Mayor and City Council and City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearing on May 26\, 2026 beginning at 6:00pm. \n  \nPublic hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items: \n\nRequest for Annexation and Rezoning two (2) parcels of land near Ebenezer Rd and Entrepreneur Way comprising of approximately 9.44 acres of land from County Zoning Designation of AR-1 to Springfield Zoning Designation of B-1:\n\n667 Ebenezer Rd (Parcel 446-41)\, \n120 Entrepreneur Way  (Parcel 446-47). \n  \n\nRequest for Annexation and Rezoning of seven (7) parcels of land near GA Hwy 119 and Wilder Rd comprising of approximately 116.87 acres from County Zoning Designation of AR-1 to Springfield Zoning Designation of PUD:\n\n0 Hwy 119 S (Parcel 344-3B01)\, \n0 Hwy 119 S (Parcel 344-3b04)\, \n181 Wilder Rd (Parcel 344-4)\, \n0 Wilder Rd (Parcel 344-2) \n0 Hwy 119 S ((Parcel 344-3b03)\, \n225 Wilder Rd (Parcel 344-3A)\,  and \n1030 Hwy 119 S ((Parcel344-3). \n  \n  \nAny interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings to speak for or against these items.
