Laurel Street\, Parcel S102-61.\nRequest for Conditional Use to allow restaurant with drive through facility at Parcel 389-7 currently requesting annexation and zoning of B-1\, located near McCall Rd and GA Hwy 21. One year commencement requirement is requested to be extended to three years.\nRequest for Conditional Use allow storage facilities and mini warehouses at Parcel 389-7 currently requesting annexation and zoning of B-1\, located near McCall Rd and GA Hwy 21.
