DESCRIPTION:  \nThe City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings\, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on  January 9\, 2024 beginning at 6:00pm.  \nThe above-mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items: \n  \n\nWater Facilities Improvement\nProposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance regarding regulations for Auto Brokerage Businesses.\nProposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance\, Section 3.2 “R-2” Residential District regarding townhome dwellings.\n\n  \nAny interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings to speak for or against these items.
