DESCRIPTION:Public Notice \nThe City of Springfield Mayor and City Council and City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearing on March 18\, 2025 beginning at 6:00pm. \nPublic hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items: \n1. Request for Annexation and Rezoning of the following parcels: \na. Parcel 389-7 located McCall Rd and GA Hwy 21 consisting of 24 acres\, more or less\, and currently zoned as Effingham County designation AR-1 with request for Springfield zoning designation of AR-1 and B-1. \nb. Parcel 344-3b01 located at Wilder Road and GA Hwy 119 consisting of 24 acres\, more or less\, and currently zoned as Effingham County designation AR-1 with request for Springfield zoning designation of R-2B. \nc. Parcel 344-3 located at 1030 Hwy 119 consisting of 10 acres\, more or less\, and currently zoned as Effingham County designation AR-1 with request for Springfield zoning designation of R-2B. \nAny interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings to speak for or against these items. Questions can be directed to the Zoning Office at Springfield City Hall by calling (912) 754-7617.\nAll public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S.
