The safety of our residents, customers and staff is of the utmost importance to the City of Springfield.  As you all well know, this situation is evolving and changing daily, we encourage you all to look to our new COVID-19 Webpage and to follow our Facebook page for additional updates.

Thank you all for your understanding. We encourage everyone to keep updated on the status of COVID-19 and take all precautions they feel necessary to keep themselves and their loved ones safe during this time.
City Hall staff would like to remind the public that bills can be paid online. We also encourage the public to use our drop box for payments.

City of Springfield Public Works Department is responsible for repair and maintenance of water/sewer service and city streets.
– Provides 24-hour on-call water/sewer service repair
– Maintains beautification of parks and roadways
