The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on March 31, 2025 beginning at 6:00pm.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on April 8, 2025 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above-mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
- Proposed Amendment to City of Springfield Ordinances to create Chapter 118 Development Regulations.
- Conditional Use Request to allow for continued use of mini-storage on B-1 Zoned property located at 1283 Hwy 21 S., known as parcel S115-21.
- Conditional Use Request to allow for addition of diesel pumps at Parkers Store #34 located at 1453 Hwy 21 S., known as Parcel S115-4 with Zoning of B-1.
- Special Exemption Request from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to create a larger entrance from a public road than allowed at Parkers Store #34 located at 1453 Hwy 21 S., known as Parcel S115-4 with B-1 Zoning.
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
