  2. Request for Rezoning of Springfield Parcel S131-2 located on Ga Hwy 21 from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-1 General Commercial.
  3. Request for Conditional Use to build an automotive service garage on B-1 Zoned property known as Springfield Parcel S131-9A located at 1800 GA Hwy 21 S.
