  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding conditional Use Request to allow Auto Brokerage at 121 S. Laurel Street, Parcel S102-61.

 Parcel 389-7

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding Request for Annexation and Rezoning of Parcel 389-7 located on GA HWY 21 near McCall Rd consisting of approximately 14.57 acres from Effingham County Zoning of AR-1  to Springfield Zoning designation of B-1.

 

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding Request for Conditional Use to allow restaurant with drive through facility at Parcel 389-7 currently requesting annexation and zoning of B-1, located near McCall Rd and GA Hwy 21. One year commencement requirement is requested to be extended to three years.

 

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding Request for Conditional Use allow storage facilities and mini warehouses at Parcel 389-7 currently requesting annexation and zoning of B-1, located near McCall Rd and GA Hwy 21. One year commencement requirement is requested to be extended to three years.

 

Parcel S115-2TPO & S115-2D

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding request for a Variance to reduce the buffer requirements for a portion of Parcel S115-2TPO located near Ga Hwy 21 and Beebe Rd.

 

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding request for a Special Exemption for (a) a one foot reduction in minimum lot width and (b) a twenty foot reduction in minimum distance between buildings for portion of parcel S115-2TPO and S115-2D currently requesting rezoning to R-2 zoning classification.

 

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding special Exemption Request to allow reduction in minimum lot area from 4300 SF to 2100 SF for portion of parcel S115-2TPO and S115-2D located near Beebe Rd and Hwy 21 S. Property is currently requesting rezoning to R-2 zoning classification.

 

  1. Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding Request to rezone 30.3 acres more or less, known as parcels S115-2TPO and S115-2D located near Ga Hwy 21 and Beebe Rd in from R-1 Zoning to R-2 for & R-4 Zoning.
