- Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding Request for Conditional Use to allow restaurant with drive through facility at Parcel 389-7 currently requesting annexation and zoning of B-1, located near McCall Rd and GA Hwy 21. One year commencement requirement is requested to be extended to three years.

- Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding request for a Variance to reduce the buffer requirements for a portion of Parcel S115-2TPO located near Ga Hwy 21 and Beebe Rd.
- Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding request for a Special Exemption for (a) a one foot reduction in minimum lot width and (b) a twenty foot reduction in minimum distance between buildings for portion of parcel S115-2TPO and S115-2D currently requesting rezoning to R-2 zoning classification.
- Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding special Exemption Request to allow reduction in minimum lot area from 4300 SF to 2100 SF for portion of parcel S115-2TPO and S115-2D located near Beebe Rd and Hwy 21 S. Property is currently requesting rezoning to R-2 zoning classification.
- Consideration to make recommendation to City Council regarding Request to rezone 30.3 acres more or less, known as parcels S115-2TPO and S115-2D located near Ga Hwy 21 and Beebe Rd in from R-1 Zoning to R-2 for & R-4 Zoning.
