- Request for Rezoning of Springfield Parcel S100-56 located at 601 N. Ash Street from B-1 for Medical Use only to B-1 for a limited number of permitted uses.
- Request for Rezoning of Springfield Parcel S131-2 located on Ga Hwy 21 from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-1 General Commercial.
- Request for Conditional Use to build an automotive service garage on B-1 Zoned property known as Springfield Parcel S131-9A located at 1800 GA Hwy 21 S.
