Public Hearing of the City Council and Mayor

Public Hearing Time: 6:00 pm 

Public Hearing to hear comments on:

1. Request for Variance from the Buffer Ordinance to reduce the required buffer on B-1 zoned property located at 1800 Hwy 21 N (Parcel S131-9A)

2. Request for a Variance from Subdivision Regulations as it relates to Privately Owned Roads for R-1 zoned property located at 1051 McCall Rd (Parcel S135-3)

3. Request for Conditional Use to operate a Machine Shop at 1216 S Laurel St (Parcel S111-3)

Any interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings to speak for or against these items. Questions can be directed to the City Clerk at Springfield City Hall by calling (912) 754-7617. Written comments can be submitted to [email protected].

The press and public are invited to attend.
