Public Hearing of the Planning & Zoning Board

Public Hearing to hear comments on:
- Request to rezone 30.3 acres more or less, known as parcels S115-2TPO and S115-2D located near Ga Hwy 21 and Beebe Rd in from R-1 Zoning to R-2 for & R-4 Zoning.
- Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance regarding regulations for signs within the zoning districts.
- Request for Annexation and Rezoning of Parcels 410-61, Parcel 410-62 and Parcel 410-63 located at 1479 Hwy 21 S in Springfield, GA, consisting of approximately 72.5 acres in total and currently County Zoning Classification of AR-1, requesting Springfield Zoning Classification of: B-1 “General Commercial District” for 9.25 acres adjacent to GA Hwy 21; and R-2B “Townhome Residential District” for the remaining approx. 63.25 acres
