Public Hearing of the Planning & Zoning Board

Public Hearing to hear comments on:
- Request for Annexation and Rezoning of Parcel 389B-18, located at 1528 GA Hwy 21 S, consisting of approx. 1.00 acres, from Effingham County Zoning Designation of B-2 to Springfield Zoning Designation of B-1.
- Request for Conditional Use for Dog Grooming at 303 S. Laurel Street, Parcel S107-31.
- Request for Conditional Use for Utility Building at 801 Ash Street Extension, Parcel S121-1A.
Any interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings to speak for or against these items. Questions can be directed to the Zoning Office at Springfield City Hall by calling (912) 754-7617. Written comments can be submitted to [email protected].
