The City of Springfield City Council and Planning & Zoning Board will be holding the following public hearings regarding amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding:
- Creation of Zoning District R-4, High Density Residential
- Amendments to section 4.34 regulating the parking of Truck Tractors, Semi-Trailers, Truck-Tractor and Semi-Trailer Combinations or Trucks in certain zoning districts
Monday, February 3rd, 2020 at 6:00pm, Planning & Zoning Board Public Hearing with meeting to follow.
Tuesday, February 11th, 2020 at 6:00pm, City Council Public Hearing with meeting to follow.
Meetings will be held in the Council Chambers of Springfield City Hall located at 130 S. Laurel Street, Springfield, GA 31329.
