The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold a special called meeting on Monday September 14th, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel St. reference:

*Request for Special Exemption from the downtown zoning regulations regarding Site Plan, Building Design and Fence Height at 205 N. Laurel Street, Springfield, GA

*Request for Conditional Use to install a Drive-in Commercial Use at 504 N. Laurel Street.

*Consideration to adopt a resolution to initiate the process for amending Article III, Section 3.7.4 of the City of Springfield Zoning Ordinance by adding Drive-In Commercial Use as a conditional use for the “DT” Downtown zoning district
