The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on February 28, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on March 8, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
Public hearings to be held are in relation to the following items:
1. Request for Special Exemption from the Zoning Ordinance regarding minimum lot size at E. Madison St. and N. Maple St., Parcel S106-13. Zoning R-1.
2. Request for Conditional Use to operate an Automotive Repair Shop at 1020 S. Laurel Street, Parcel S110-4A. Zoning B-1.
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street
