The City of Springfield is soliciting pricing for a Sewer Bypass Pump.
This Request for Pricing is an invitation by the City of Springfield for companies to submit an offer, which shall be subject to evaluation and subsequent discussion(s). All prospective companies will be afforded full opportunity to submit responses to this Request for Pricing (RFP) by submitting in the form and manner as indicated in this RFP their pricing, vehicle specifications, availability, and any other information requested.
Proposals will be received at by the City of Springfield until 2:00 p.m., November 12th, 2024 @ 2PM.
Proposal packages must be sent in a sealed package, which shall be clearly marked “SEALED PROPOSAL – RFP-24-005 SEWER BYPASS PUMP”, clearly on the outside of the envelope or box and mailed or hand delivered to:

The City will not consider proposals received after the time and date specified for the opening; the City will return late proposals unopened. Furthermore, proposals are legal and binding when submitted. Proposals will not be accepted if sent by facsimile or e-mail.
RFP documents are now available and can be obtained by any interested parties on the City’s website, www.springfieldga.org, on the GA Procurement Registry website or by emailing a request to Kristen Achtziger at [email protected]. All general communication of relevant information regarding this solicitation will be made via the City’s website. All firms are responsible for checking the City’s website on a regular basis for updates, clarifications, and announcements.
