Sealed bids for construction of Standard-Old Tusculum Water Improvements Project will be received until December 5th, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the City of Springfield at 130 South Laurel Street, Springfield, GA 31329 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
