The City of Springfield will be holding the following public hearing to receive comment on the addition of a Capital Improvement Element to the Comprehensive Plan.
The Public Hearing Date will be February 10, 2026 at 6:00pm
The City of Springfield Development Impact Fee Ordinance Advisory Committee will be conducting a meeting at 2:30pm on February 10, 2026 to review and discuss the most recent draft of the Development Impact Fee Ordinance.
All public hearings and meetings are held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department). A quorum of Council may be present.
