Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Springfield City Council and Planning & Zoning Board will be holding a Public Hearing on April 16^th, 2019 at 6:00pmregarding a request for Special Exemption to reduce front setback requirements to 25 feet on the following Lots:

S122-50 (201 Stag Rd)

S122-49 (203 Stag Rd)

S122-48 (205 Stag Rd)

S122-47 (207 Stag Rd)

S122-45 (211 Stag Rd)

S122-43 (215 Stag Rd)

S122-39 (223 Stag Rd)

S122-38 (225 Stag Rd)

S122-37 (227 Stag Rd)

S122-36 (229 Stag Rd)

S122-01 (220 Stag Rd)

A meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board will be held after the close of the Public Hearing. Meetings will be held in the Council Chambers of Springfield City Hall located at 130 S. Laurel Street, Springfield, GA 31329.

A Called Meeting of the Mayor and City Council will be held at 6:30 pm to consider a request for Special Exemption to reduce front setback requirements to 25 feet on the lot mentioned above.
