Public Hearing of the Planning & Zoning Board
July 11, 2022, 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on
July 11, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
- Request for a Conditional Rezoning of Parcel S101-47A located at the corner of N. Maple Street and Crawford Street from R-1 Zoning to B-1 Zoning.
- Request for side setback variance at 109 Old Stillwell Rd., Parcel S107-59, Zoning classification R-1.
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings on these matters, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on July 12, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
