The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on
March 6, 2023 beginning at 6:00pm.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on March 14, 2023 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
- Request for Rezoning of 601 N. Ash Street (Parcel S100-56) from B-1 for Medical Use only to R-2 Residential.
- Request for Conditional Use to allow for a Limited Multifamily Dwelling at 601 N. Ash Street for parcel S100-56 (if approved for R-2 Residential Zoning).
- Request for Conditional Use to operate a woodworking shop and storefront at 402 N. Laurel Street, Building B. Property is parcel number S101-9 with Zoning of DT – Downtown District.

All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
