The City of Springfield is currently conducting a survey of buildings connected to the City’s water system that were constructed prior to 1990.0This survey is to identify buildings containing lead water service lines, as required by the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions.
If you recieve a door hanger, we ask that you complete the survey on the back. Surveys can be completed using the QR code or dropped off at City Hall- 130 S Laurel St Springfield, GA.
