CAUSE OF DISCHARGE: Phase monitor failure in Lift Station Controls
ESTIMATED DISCHARGE: Less than 3000 gallons.
RECEIVING WATERS: Jack’s Branch, a tributary of the Savannah River
CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN: Phase monitor was replaced. The affected
area was neutralized with calcium hydroxide.
SPILL STATUS: Corrective action completed. No further discharge occurring.
