The City of Springfield has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 6.01 percent.
All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearing on this tax increase to be held at the City of Springfield Council Chambers, 130 South Laurel Street, Springfield, GA on August 15, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold a called meeting on August 15th, 2022, following the close of the above Public Hearing reference:
• 2022 Tax Levy proposed at 7.00 mills
