Monthly meeting of the Springfield Planning and Zoning Board. Agenda or minutes can be requested by emailing [email protected]
The Planning Board regularly meets on the Monday prior to the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings length will vary based on business discussion.
The press and public are invited to attend.
Any interested parties are encouraged to attend the meetings. The public is encouraged to ask questions or seek clarification about agenda items prior to the meeting. Questions can be directed to the Zoning Office at Springfield City Hall by calling (912) 754-7617. Written comments can be submitted to [email protected].
