Public Hearing of City Council
July 12, 2022, 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on July 12, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
1. Alcohol license request by Moncrief Square LLC for Consumption-on-Premises of Malt Beverages, Wine & Distilled Spirits for Moncrief Square 205 N Laurel St
2. Alcohol license request by Brown Bag Spirit 2 LLC for Retail Package Sales of Malt Beverages, Wine & Distilled Spirits for Springfield Spirit 1800 Hwy 21 S
3. Request for a Conditional Rezoning of Parcel S101-47A located at the corner of N. Maple Street and Crawford Street from R-1 Zoning to B-1 Zoning.
4. Request for side setback variance at 109 Old Stillwell Rd., Parcel S107-59, Zoning classification R-1
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings regarding these matters with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on July 11, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
