The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on
October 3rd, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on October 11th, 2022 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
- Request by homeowners at 108 Fox Street for a Variance to build a rear yard fence taller than 8 feet. (Parcel S112-5).
- Request by developer a Variance from the Buffer Ordinance to reduce the required buffer on Industrially Zoned Property located at 2553 Hwy 21 S. (County Parcel 429-16).
- Request by developer for a Conditional Use to allow for Single Family homes to be built on R-2 Zoned Property located near McCall Road and Railroad Ave. (Parcels S101-45, S109-48, S109-47, & S109-11).
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
