PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board and City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings on
March 28, 2023 beginning at 6:00pm to receive comments on the following item:
- Request for Annexation and Rezoning of Parcel 388-03 located on Hwy 119 N consisting of approximately 4.9 acres from Effingham County Zoning designation of AR-2 to Springfield Zoning designation of R-1.
Immediately following closure of the Public Hearing, City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold a workshop reference:
- General Discussion
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
