The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on
February 12, 2024 beginning at 6:00pm.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on February 13, 2024 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above-mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
- Proposed amendment to the Zoning Map and rezoning a portion of Parcel S109-45 from R-1 to R-2.
- Proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Section 3.2 “R-2” Residential District regarding townhome dwellings.
- Proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.1 “Organization and Procedures of the Planning and Zoning Board”.
- Proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.20 “Home Occupations”.

All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).
