Public Hearings in September 2020 – Zoning Text Amendments: I-1 and R-4

The City of Springfield City Council and Planning & Zoning Board will be holding the following public hearings regarding:

1. Amendments to the text of Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 3.6 as it relates to minimum requirements of the “R-4” High Density Residential district
2. Amendments to the text of Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 3.10 in its entirety as related to permitted uses and regulations in the “I-1” Industrial district
